On Wednesday, which was the first day for engineering aspirants, 1.4 lakh took the exam out of the 1.7 lakh candidates registered for the test. The JEE Main will continue till September 06. The NTA is conducting JEE Main examination in two shifts – morning 9 am to 12 pm, and evening – 3 pm to 5 pm.
The students who appeared for the JEE Main BE/BTech exam in the first shift on September 03 have shared mixed reactions on the difficulty level of today’s paper.
As per initial reports, some students shared that today’s JEE Main BE/BTech paper was easier as compared to the January session while others said paper was tougher than the one held in January.
The examination was held smoothly following Covid-19 norms at all centres. Mask was given to the candidates who didn’t wear one at the centre itself, while thermal scanning and sanitization were also taken care of.
