The list would be published in such a way that students can start taking admission from 9 am onwards on the first day of the allotment. Admissions would be carried out by strictly adhering to Covid-19 protocols. Allotment details are available on www.hscap.kerala.gov.in. Allotment status would be sent by the directorate to the registered mobile number of the applicant.
“Candidates found place in the first allotment list are supposed to be present along with their parents at the respective schools at the time and date prescribed in the allotment letter available on the candidate login. They should carry the originals of certificates listed out in the admission circular dated August 4, 2020. Print out of the allotment letter can be collected from the schools,” the notification said.
After taking admission at the respective schools, candidate who receive their first option should pay fees online through the fee payment link accessible from the candidate login. Those unable to pay fees online can remit the same at schools. Those who haven’t applied yet for admission or whose applications were not considered for allotment for various reasons can submit application for supplementary allotment. This can be done only after the notification of second round of allotment.
Sports quota allotment result would also be published along with the general allotment. The list can be accessed from the link Sports Results made available in candidate login. School principals have been given detailed instructions on how to conduct the admission procedure.
