NDA exam analysis: Paper 1, 2 analysis 6th September 2020 for Maths and GAT

Amidst of pandemic, NDA 1 & 2 exams for Mathematics & General Mental Ability have been conducted successfully today. Union Public Service Commission stated new exam guidelines with a view to COVID-19. Due to the nation-wide lockdown, the exam cycle was delayed due to which NDA 1 and 2 exams are conducted together.

NDA Paper I – Mathematics was conducted from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM while Paper II – General Mental Ability started at 02:00 PM and continued till 04:30 PM.

NDA Paper I Mathematics was a bit difficult, including mostly questions from Trigonometry, Applications of Derivatives, section. However, NDA Paper 2 was of easy to moderate level including a maximum number of questions from English language section.

  • The level of NDA Paper 1 was moderate.
  • The total questions asked in paper 1 was 120 for 300 marks.
