Telangana EAMCET results released, Sai Teja Varanasi declared as topper

HYDERABAD: As many as 89, 734 candidates out of 1, 19, 183 have qualified in the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), results of which are released on Tuesday.

While Sai Teja Varanasi, a student of Narayana Group of Institutions, was declared as state topper, Yeshwanth Sai and Venkata Krishna secured second and third rank respectively.

This year, no girl candidates made it to the top 10 list.

In the exam, which was conducted between September 9 and September 13, 75.29% of the total candidates qualified in the examination.

EAMCET this year was conducted between September 9 and September 13. For those Covid-19 positive candidates, who missed the exam on the said dates, a special test will be conducted on September 8.
