Under the program, 75 districts of the state had to send data regarding the progress of the scheme to the state authorities. However, during the analysis of the reports it has come to fore that the expenditure and other details differed, which is negligent behaviour on the part of the districts.
All the districts have been asked to re-check the details and submit them again else face action.
“This is to bring to your notice that during the analysis of the reports submitted under Nishtha program, it was found that there were discrepancies in the calculation of money spent so far,” read the order issued by UP state project director of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Vijay Kiran Anand.
Instructions have been given to ensure that the discrepancies are checked and fresh data be submitted with immediate effect or the concerned authorities will be held responsible for the lapse.
